We ship to Australia, the United states, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland. You can process your order on the website to these countries. However, can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please e-mail us for a shipping quote.
HOW?
Within Australia we ship by Regular Australia Post or you may wish to have your items sent by Express Post.
To the United states, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland we use TNT express, which is FedEx in Australia.
These shipping options are available at the checkout.
For other international shipments, please e-mail us your order details and your shipping address and we will get back to you with a courier shipping quote within 24 hrs.
WHEN?
Our social distancing sticker orders ship within 24 hours.
Our wall decals are made to order, and usually ship within 3 business days of the date of order.
Estimated shipping times to metropolitan areas of major cities within Australia: Regular Post 2-5 business days, Express Post: next business day.
International deliveries via TNT Express are usually 4-5 business days.

We make every effort to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner, however we cannot guarantee a delivery date & accept no responsibility for delays occurring due to unforeseen circumstances. Walls That Talk is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
In an effort to conserve resources, a receipt is not enclosed in our shipments as it is e-mailed to you. If you do need an invoice enclosed in your package, please e-mail us and we will be happy to send you one.
You may return new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns if you change your mind.
